Welcome and enjoy our comfortable and fully-furnished sea-side cottage while you vacation at Watercrest. The view of the marsh, Atlantic Avenue and the ocean beyond is quite a site from the porch -- a great place for your favorite beverages, eating-in; reading; and just plain day-dreaming.  You will enter a fully-furnished living room with comfortable chairs and a sofa with queen-size pull-out bed.  Enjoy the flat screen TV, VCR/DVD, and CD player with AM/FM radio.  New full-size stove, refrigerator and dishwasher.  Fully-tiled master bathroom with tub and shower (safety bars installed); half-bath.  The cottage is heated by a direct propane gas heater and cooled by air conditioning units in the living room and both bedrooms.  If you are a Top Chef you will find our kitchen fully-equipped with top-of-the-line dinnerware, cups, saucers, mugs, glassware, flatware, grilling and barbecue tools, microwave, coffee maker, tea kettle, 4-slice toaster, blender, electric hand-mixer, full complement of cooking utensils, pots, pans, roasting pans, baking ware, and more. 

The Master Bedroom is appointed with one queen-size bed; flat-screen TV; alarm clock; night stand; dresser; pillows, custom window treatments and art work. 

The Guest Bedroom is comfortably out-fitted with two full beds and comes equipped with flat-screen TV, dresser, night stands, pillows, custom window treatments, and art work.

Full bath and half bath; steam iron and ironing board; hair blowers.

The Porch is bright throughout the day; soothing at night. GREAT SUNRISES AND VIEW OF MARSH AND OCEAN.
