Water Crest is dedicated to ensuring the comfort and safety off all our guests and ask that those traveling with there dogs adhere to the following policies.
All clean, well kept, behaved, friendly dogs are welcome! WaterCrest has limited and specific accommodations. To ensure availability be sure to call AHEAD and RESERVE a designated Pet Cottage.
- There is a $15.00 per night charge and a one-time cleaning fee of $25.00. Pet friendly units are for housebroken Dogs ONLY!
- All friendly, clean, well kept and behaved dogs are welcome! Please no excessive barkers! Water Crest has limited pet friendly accomodations. To ensure the availability please call ahead and reserve a Pet Friendly cottage.
- Unregistered dogs or dogs found to be occupying or visiting non-pet friendly units are subject to a $200.00 fee in addition to the regular nightly fees and may be asked to be removed from the premises.
- If your dog is excessively noisy or disruptive, you may be asked to remove your pet or vacate the premises. No refunds will be issued.
- Dogs are not allowed in the pool area, laundry room, or the playground areas. Dogs must be leashed by a responsible person at all times while outside your rental unit.
- If you need a list of area kennels or doggie day care facilities please let the front desk know they would be more that happy to help you find accomodations for you.
- We strive to deliver quality and affordable accomodations and ask that dog owners refrain from using guest towels for your dog and please do not let your dog on the beds or other furniture!
- Dog owners must pick up after their furry friends; baggies are provided for your convenience and are located at the Doggie Post located on the grounds. Should an accident occur in your rental unit please let the front desk know so they can have housekeeping do an extra cleaning upon your departure.
- Dog owners are responsible for any damage or injury caused by their dog. If your dog sheds a lot please try to pick up most of their fur before leaving to avoide an excessive cleaning charge.
- Leashed dogs are allowed on Wells Beach and Drakes Island Beach; however there are restrictions, mid-June through mid- September you can take your furry friends to the beach before 8 am and after 6pm only.
Vaccination Records must be current and provided prior to check-in. All dogs MUST be on flea and tick treatment!
Due to our insurance requirements the following breeds are not allowed on property: Akita, American Bull Terrier, American Staffordshire Terrier, Chow, Doberman Pinscher, English Bull Terrier, German Shepherd, Korean Jindo, Presa Canario, Pitt Bull, Rottweiler, Staffordshire Bull Terrier, Wolf or any mixture or breeds.
