Unit 149 (Type D)

Enjoy your beach vacation in our cozy, charming and tastefully decorated cottage, unit #149.  Owner also owns cottage unit #150.  Our cottage features a large 3 season enclosed porch which offers new windows, comfortable furniture, couch, TV and full size tiled kitchen table to enjoy breakfast in the morning or cocktails in the evening. All windows on the porch have blinds which offer more privacy. Enter through a large glass door to a bright and cheery living room with a comfortable sleep sofa, two chairs and a 40 inch flat screen TV on an entertainment cart with a DVD player to enjoy a great movie. Kitchen is fully equipped with a table for two, full size refrigerator, new stove, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, blender, dishes, glassware, pots and pans and a lobster pot. There are two bedrooms, one with a queen size bed and the second bedroom has two full size beds. Bedrooms are painted with soothing beach colors and have air conditioners in each. Both bedrooms have 23 inch flat screen televisions and comfortable mattress sets   Our cottage has one full size bathroom with a tub and shower.  Cottage has both heat and AC for cool or hot days and also has WIFI and cable television. There is a gas grill, picnic table and chairs in front of the cottage to sit back, relax and enjoy the beautiful views that Wells Maine has to offer.  Our cottage offers easy access to the beach, shopping, restaurants and is on the trolley line.  WaterCrest cottages has a heated in ground pool, hot tub, horseshoe pit, basketball court, playground for children with a pirate ship swing set and a laundry room.  Cottage is smoke free and no pets. Linens are available upon request at an additional charge.  We hope that you enjoy our home away from home at the beach. Unit 149 is available for 3 day rentals during the off season by calling the main office to reserve your dates.
