Unit 135 (Type E)

This large cottage is centrally located close to the pool and the grassy area . The living room has been recently updated with a new floor, new furniture and a large flat screen television with an updated air conditioner/heating system.  The kitchen has a new stove, dishwasher and refrigerator  It has new flooring and is well stocked with all the essentials needed for a great vacation. The master bedroom has new flooring, a queen bed, air conditioning and a mounted flat screen television with cable. Off this bedroom is an updated full bathroom. On the other side of the living room is the second large bedroom with two queen beds, air conditioning and a flat screen television with cable and another full bathroom.We have a screened in porch for you to enjoy those nice warm summer nights. I know you will feel as comfortable as we do staying at our cottage.
        Water Crest is a great family place with two playgrounds, a basketball court, a horseshoe pit, a shuffle board court, lots of picnic tables and plenty of open space to enjoy. It is also located close to the beach, entertainment ( movies, miniature golf) and  a number of restaurants. There is a trolley stop right outside the complex.
