Unit 133 (Type E)

Welcome to Water Crest and our cozy cottage by the sea. Our cottage is in a very convenient location directly across from the pool and jacuzzi and right next to the office and laundry/game room. Our air conditioned cottage features two bedrooms and a full bath with tub and shower as well as a half bath off the living room. The full kitchen includes a dishwasher, full size refrigerator, toaster, coffee maker, pots & pans and tableware........everything you need to eat in including a gas grill and picnic tables on the green. The cottage will sleep 8 when using the queen master bed, two double beds and the queen sleeper couch. All mattress sets are brand new (May 2012) including the sleeper couch mattress. The living room has a comfortable couch, soft lighting and a new flat screen TV, entertainment cart and blu-ray player. We have purchased HD cable service for your viewing pleasure. Other improvements include new paint in the bedrooms and half bath and new curtains  in addition to the new mattresses, TV and DVD player. Our screened in porch provides fresh air and relaxation with comfortable tables and chairs and has been completely renovated this season (June 2013) with all new windows with new curtains, new ceiling and light fixture, new walls, paneling and new carpet. We also just replaced the grill with a new one.  Our cottage is smoke and pet free. We'd love to have you come stay in our cottage.
