Unit 122 (Type A+)

Welcome to Unit 122! This unit is a 1 bedroom studio but sleeps four people comfortably on the brand new queen size futon & queen size bed. NEWLY installed “hardwood look ” tile throughout the entire cottage!!!  Recently updated A/C unit & screened in porch. Whether you are looking to get away for a few days or spend the entire week you will find that our PET FRIENDLY unit has all the comforts &  amenities of home.

You will enter the cottage through a private cozy screened in porch with a comfy rocking chair & blanket to take the chill off in the evening. It is the perfect spot to enjoy your morning coffee while taking in the beautiful sunrise or relax and have a few evening cocktails after dinner. 

The kitchen is fully equipped with pots,pans,plates,& plenty of utensils. Kitchen table & seating for 4 people. There is a full size fridge and gas stovetop & oven. We have also provided a microwave,  instant coffee maker (no Keurig) , toaster, blender, & lobster pot. If you prefer to cook outside there is a private grill out back with grilling utensils provided.   Also have a large fold out table & 2 chairs if you would like to dine outdoors.  If you don't feel like cooking there are several great restaurants within walking distance.

The living room has a brand new comfortable queen size sleeper futon/couch and a tv with built in DVD player & free WIFI . If you plan on using the futon for additional sleeping please note that you will need to bring an extra set of sheets.

The bedroom features a comfortable queen size bed & full size dresser. We also have a storage chest at the foot of the  bed as well as  multiple hooks & a large overhead rack if you prefer to hang your clothes .

We want your family & fur babies to have an enjoyable vacation so we have provided 2  beach chairs for a relaxing day at the beach.  We are just a 1 minute walk to the heated pool & hot tub. Watercrest also has a laundry room with multiple washers & dryers, playground & swings for the kids, basketball court, shuffle board, and horse shoes . There is also a large selection of DVD's & books available in the laundry room. We also have provided new games, puzzles, & cards for a fun family game night. 

The Wells area has so many amazing local area attractions to make your vacation truly enjoyable for everyone!  There are many local beaches a little over a mile away, or you could take a short drive to Kennebunkport, York, or Ogunquit to spend the day! Enjoy the many fabulous restaurants, Kittery outlets(25 min drive), antique shopping, & mini golf. 

We hope you & your pups truly enjoy your stay in our cottage as much as we do! Lastly, all we ask is that you leave the cottage the way you found it, be respectful of the neighbors/renters , & just enjoy all the amenities that Watercrest has to offer.
