Step into our recently remodeled enclosed porch. The porch includes a comfortable rocking chair plus a table & chairs for dining, playing games, or a card game. We also have added a TV and Cable box so you can enjoy the porch and watch the game in the evening. The sliding door opens up to the comfortable living room where you might enjoy watching TV or relaxing in front of the electric fireplace. There is a new sofa and chairs so you may entertain your guests. The kitchen has been updated with new cabinets, counters, and a stove. It is fully equipped with all the little extras to help make your vacation pleasant which includes a microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster with plenty of dishes, glasses, mugs, and a lobster pot with all the accessories.

There are two bedrooms: one with a queen-sized bed and the second bedroom has two double beds.  There are two bathrooms; one full bath with bathtub and shower and a very convenient half bath.

Extra supplies that you might need 2 beach chairs, games, beach toys, and an outside gas grill.
