Description

Cottage #103 at Watercrest Cottages offers a great resort vacation experience for families, friends, and couples in the Wells area in southern Maine for your beach getaway vacation. The beach is about a mile away with access to public beach parking. Or you may just decide to stay right at Watercrest where you'll have full and easy access to all the incredible amenities. (Full size pool, hot tub, shuffleboard court and playgrounds for the kids and Free Wi/Fi). You will also have easy access to the laundry facility and the office.
The cottage has air conditioners in every room and the bedrooms and porch each include a ceiling fan for extra climate control and comfort. The cottage is updated and has new carpeting throughout except for the kitchen which is tiled.  The living room includes a 42" Flat screen TV,  a couch and two recliners.  The kitchen table accommodates 6 comfortably..  The kitchen is fully stocked with all the silverware, dishes, pots, pans, lobster pot and appliances that you'd find in your own home including a dishwasher. There is a gas grill and picnic table at the cottage for your cooking convenience.
 The master bedroom offers a queen bed and the second bedroom offers two double beds with 32" TV. Both of these bedrooms have access to the full bath. The cottage offers one full bathroom with a tub and shower and a half bath off the kitchen. Enjoy watching the new 32" flat screen TV on the three season screened in porch which includes  2 glider rockers and a single rocker along with a table that seats two.
