Directions The Water Crest Cottages & Motel are located in Wells, in the heart of the Southern Maine Coast. Wells is just 1 1/2 hours north of Logan Airport in Boston, Massachusetts and 30 minutes south of the Portland Jetport in Portland, Maine. From the North or South, follow the Maine Turnpike (the Maine Turnpike starts after the York, ME tollbooths) to Exit 19 for Wells/Ogunquit. Take a left at the light just beyond the toll booth onto Rt. 109, which will take you to Rt. 1. At the Route 1 traffic light, turn right. The Water Crest is 1/2 mile ahead on your left. Travel Alert: The Maine Turnpike has renumbered exits according to mileage. The former Exit 2 for Wells, Maine is now Exit 19. |
